Partner
Nick is a Partner in the Private Markets Advisory team with extensive corporate finance experience. He has advised clients across diverse sectors including professional services, property, infrastructure and premium consumer brands, logistics, and infrastructure, delivering strategic and transaction-led solutions.
He previously held roles in global audit, M&A and boutique investment advisory firms, gaining broad exposure to cross-border deals and mid-market growth strategies.
Richard H. Porter
Partner
Richard provides Private Markets advisory with a particular interest and focus on privately held growth businesses. He has led a wide range of investment and advisory mandates, including direct and co-investment opportunities. He has worked across diverse industries including healthcare, education, consumer technology, industrial automation, logistics, sustainability solutions, and digital infrastructure.
He built his career in M&A within international investment banks, leading teams and advising corporate and institutional clients on complex, cross-border transactions across a range of sectors and geographies.

Managing Partner
Irfan plays a central role in managing active investments and sourcing future opportunities. He has shaped the fund’s distinctive focus on people and technology as key value drivers, embedding cultural insight and digital enablement into investment theses and portfolio strategy.
He has pioneered a low-leverage, insight-led model that reduces risk by partnering pre-transaction to accelerate value creation, and actively drives global deal flow through deep engagement with boards and technology networks.
