The firm’s investment professionals work closely with specialists from its Human Capital Performance and Technology teams, ensuring a holistic assessment of each opportunity. Additionally, our Advisory practice optimizes financial structures for new and existing investments, offering transparent, independent guidance and the use of private credit.

Dedicated exclusively to long-term investments in high-growth companies across developed and emerging markets, CF Capital targets businesses with an enterprise value between $20 million and $750 million and in exceptional cases, outside of this range. Our capital invested in the multi-billions allowed us to leverage at scale and sustainably, whilst ensuring our vested interests operate cashflow without undue stress. Our investments revolve around share considerations, partnerships and new venture concepts. Our capital has since grown substantially and allowed us to reinvest capital to grow amongst our group.

CF Capital engages in early-stage two venture capital investments alongside growth backed private equity deals prior to full maturity. Unlike traditional private equity firms that concentrate on specific industries, CF Capital’s investment strategy is functionally driven, placing human capital and technology at the core of its approach. We are considered one of the first investors with this core principle and as such, has provided us with consistent returns that exceed the market benchmark.

At least half of the capital we generate by way of profit, we reinvest across our invested portfolio, whilst the remainder is allocated as dividend to the CF Corporation, used across the group companies and Foundation. Our investment strategy is to sell to both trade and investment entities, whilst retaining some entities and integrating it into our corporation at large.

As a privately held company, our historic and current funds to date have created a seamless way to hold investments longer-term where necessary, beyond a fund lifecycle.
